REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products.
Incorrect Item Exception
The only other exception is if the wrong shoe, size, or style is shipped due to an error on our end. In that case, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and order number), and we will arrange a replacement or correction.
To qualify for a replacement in the event of an incorrect item being sent:
- The shoes must be unworn and in the same condition received
- The original box and packaging must be included
- The item must match the claim of being incorrect
We are not responsible for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
Authenticity Guarantee
At Sneakergarage360, we guarantee that every sneaker sold is 100% authentic. We stand behind the legitimacy of every product and take authenticity extremely seriously. If you receive a product and have legitimate concerns about its authenticity, please contact us immediately at sneakergarage360@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and order number). We will work with you to verify authenticity, and if any product is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs.
Important: If we determine that shoes have been swapped, substituted, or are not the original shoes we shipped, the buyer will not receive a refund and the shoes will not be returned. We document all products with detailed photos and serial numbers before shipping to verify authenticity and prevent fraud.
