SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (US): 3-5 business days for standard shipping
  • Domestic (US): 5-8 Business days for larger items
  • International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages Once we transfer your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been delivered to the address you provided. If you believe your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or the carrier. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
